Equipment Clearance ($45 each)

Note: Before registering for a clearance, you must first complete THIS FORM. 

Once you have received confirmation from Protohaven staff, use this form to select and register for your clearance session.

After your registration is complete, Protohaven staff will contact you to confirm the date/time of your clearance session, which is dependent upon instructor availability. Each clearance is $45.

An equipment clearance allows you to use the tool unsupervised, but you also need an active membership to use any of the tools in our makerspace.
