Jewelry 210 Jewelry Lab: Open Studio

“Make, play, create! Open jewelry studio with Danielle" 2–6 hours of hands-on fun and guidance every other Sunday, 10–4. Enjoy a 6-hour open jewelry studio with Danielle available for support, tips, and questions. Students can work at their own pace with 2 hours of Danielle's time included in ticket. Time over 2 hours comes with a suggested donation of 10-25 per hour depending on instructor involvement, which can be paid up at the front desk). Offered every two weeks on Sundays from 10–4. Open to members and non-members alike! Jewelry clearance required. Clearance can be obtained through a 100 level jewelry course or private instruction from Danielle before or during your first open studio (private instruction rates apply).

What you Will Create

Create your own jewelry at your own pace! Essentially, any project that can be made in a jewelry studio is fair game—rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, or any design you like—and Danielle will guide you through the techniques you need.

What to Bring/Wear

Closed-toed shoes. Long sleeves and hair will need to be pulled back.

Age Requirement

Open to ages 12+. Class participants that are 12-17 years old must have a parent present at Protohaven for the duration of the class. 

Class Dates

• Sunday Mar 1, 10AM - 4PM

All members, visitors, and class participants are expected to abide by Protohaven rules and guidelines.

• Single-session class or workshop
  • If canceled 72 hours or more before the scheduled date, the participant will have the option to receive a refund, or have their registration moved to another class or workshop.
  • If canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled date, no refund will be provided, but the participant may choose to have their registration moved to another class or workshop or to receive a credit on their account.
• Multi-session class or workshop
  • If canceled 1 week (7 days) prior to the start date, the participant will have the option to receive a refund or account credit minus a $35 cancellation fee, or to have their registration moved to another multi-session class or workshop, if available.
  • If canceled less than 1 week (7 days) prior to the start date, no refund will be provided, but the participant will receive a credit on their account, minus a $75 cancellation fee.  

If a participant is a no-show, no refunds, credits, or transfers (rescheduling) will be given. Please be aware that there are no exceptions to these cancellation policies. Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment.
